Successful scaling of OTTO, About You, Zalando and Amazon during the pandemic
Accessory brand L.Credi has successfully established itself on the OTTO, Zalando, About You and Amazon marketplaces through its collaboration with Nakoa Digital, increasing both its sales and ROAS during the global covid pandemic. During this time, our marketplace experts helped the company increase its sales across various marketplaces. For this, Always-on Sponsored Product Ads were used and seasonal product adjustments were made to increase brand awareness. Thanks to the campaigns, the client’s sales increased by over €650,000 and ROAS increased to over 800%.

L.Credi is a German fashion brand and stands since 1953 accessories that combine in an exclusive way tradition and innovation, timeless classic and modern zeitgeist. The biggest challenge for the retailer was to successfully sell through online marketplaces and increase sales during the global pandemic and retail store closures. Therefore, we supported the company in managing and effectively scaling advertising campaigns on 4 different online marketplaces. This requires not only deep expertise, but also continuous campaign management with seasonal optimization processes.
L.Credi is a Munich-based company known for women’s handbags and accessories. The products are characterized by their modern design and the use of high-quality materials and combine Italian elegance with Munich charm. In addition to sales through stores and its own online store, L.Credi has also increasingly relied on sales through various marketplaces such as OTTO, About You, Zalando and Amazon since the global Corona pandemic.
Our goal at Nakoa was to help the customer increase sales and grow revenue in Europe after the closure of many retail stores during the global pandemic in the marketplace sector.
The fashion industry is based on fast processes and frequently changing trends. To achieve our goals, it was therefore important for us to promote items in a way that generates a lot of traffic and quickly sells off changing items and collections.
To effectively and efficiently drive sales across different marketplaces, we decided to use Always-on Sponsored Product Ads to continuously drive traffic to the client’s product detail page. Our Ads experts also paid special attention to seasonal product adjustments to make the most of the fast-moving nature of the fashion industry and increase brand awareness in strategically relevant areas.
