As Venture Manager E-Commerce and Marketplace you are responsible for creating excellent product content, advertising on marketplaces and processing customer orders and feedback.
What’s waiting for you
- Planning and development of products and content for own shops and marketplaces
- Analysis of customer needs and implementation in the sales process Creation of advertisements on various marketplaces
- Processing customer orders and feedback
- Maintenance and optimization of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
- Configuration and linking of the e-commerce tools for marketplaces
- Observation of the competitive situation on the marketplaces
- Researching current trends and news in online marketing
- Data preparation and data analysis for reporting and decision preparation
What’s important to us
- First experience in online marketing and e-commerce
- Keen interest in the digital industry
- High motivation, commitment and willingness to learn
- Ideally already experience in the marketplace area
- Ideally already experience in content and product content management
- Enjoy configuring and handling the tool landscape
- Knowledge of working with analytical tools is desirable
- Fluent in German and English
