What it’s all about

Direct-to-consumer activities (DTC) offer brands and manufacturers direct contact with end customers – be it through their own shops or marketplaces. Would you like to help companies to open up this sales channel and establish a direct line to the customer?
As a Venture Manager Direct-to-Consumer (M/F/D), you are responsible for creating excellent product content for your own shops and marketplaces such as Amazon or OTTO Markets. You are close to the wishes of our customers and use this knowledge to continuously optimize DTC activities.

What’s waiting for you

• Planning and development of products and content for own shops and marketplaces
• Analysis of customer needs and implementation in the sales process Creation of advertisements on various marketplaces
• Processing customer orders and feedback
• Maintenance and optimization of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
• Configuration and linking of the e-commerce tools for marketplaces
• Observation of the competitive situation on the marketplaces
• Researching current trends and news in online marketing
• Data preparation and data analysis for reporting and decision preparation

What’s important to us

• First experience in online marketing and e-commerce
• Keen interest in the digital industry
• High motivation, commitment and willingness to learn
• Ideally already experience in the marketplace area
• Ideally already experience in content and product content management
• Enjoy configuring and handling the tool landscape
• Knowledge of working with analytical tools is desirable
• Fluent in German and English
